A funeral has been held just outside London for six unknown victims of the Holocaust whose remains were donated to the Imperial War Museum in London more than 20 years ago. They were buried in a coffin with earth from Israel. Six million Jews were murdered in Nazi death camps during the Second World War, they were starved and gassed and their remains incinerated. More than a million people were killed in the Auschwitz-Birkenau camp in occupied Poland.”
